Learn about our work
Learn and Grow is the new name of our learning academy, established in May 2022, following the transfer of ownership from a Montessori school that had been in existence since 2011. With the new name comes an improved approach to ensuring the best experience for children, and each child is supported to develop their skill and grow in confidence and independence.

Mixed age groups
Mixed age groups which not only offer a wide range of activities to spark children’s interest but also enable children to learn from others and learn by helping others.
Freedom for children
Freedom for children to work at their own pace, choosing from a range of activities that are developmentally challenging and appropriate.
Exploration is encouraged
Exploration is encouraged so that children find things out for themselves, make mistakes, and correct them independently.
Respect for each child
Respect for each child as an individual personality with unique talents.

Respect for others, the community, and the environment.
Revealing the child's true nature through their work
Every day is filled with diverse creative activities that help children develop their full potential.
Our son has been attending Learn and Grow Montessori for almost five months and in that time he has absolutely blossomed. The care and nurture that he has received has been absolutely wonderful and knowing that he is safe and happy is priceless.
